My portable backdrops and lighting can be set up quickly in almost any venue: boardrooms, trade floors, or breakout rooms at the Victoria Conference Centre, while delivering consistent, professional results.

It’s easy for anyone to step in for a portrait without disrupting the event schedule. Environmental portraits are also an option, taking advantage of surrounding spaces for a contextual look.
Professional Equipment
I bring a studio setup with 5×7’ grey, white, or black backdrops, professional strobes and reflectors, along with a wireless, tethered system that sends photos directly to an iPad.
Image Selection
Images can be approved on the spot, eliminating the need for proofing galleries. Participants immediately see their chosen photo and can request touchups or make adjustments as needed.

For the ASIC conference at the Fairmont Empress in Victoria, organizers brought a green foliage backdrop, a feature at their events that reflects the group’s focus as irrigation consultants.
I handled the headshot station, giving attendees the chance to drop in during cocktail hour for portraits. Some participants added family members for group shots, making the experience memorable for everyone.
