Seamless Integration

Designed for anyone to step in for a headshot without disrupting the event. Environmental portraits are also an option using surrounding spaces.

Professional Equipment

I bring a studio setup with grey, white, or black backdrops, professional strobes and reflectors, along with a wireless, tethered iPad system.

Image Selection

Images can be approved on the spot, eliminating the need for proofing galleries. Participants see their chosen photos and can request touchups.

Conference Headshots Example: ASIC Victoria

For the ASIC conference at the Fairmont Empress in Victoria, organizers brought a green foliage backdrop, a feature at their events that reflects the group’s focus as irrigation consultants.

I handled the headshot station, giving attendees the chance to drop in during cocktail hour for portraits. Some participants added family members for group shots, making the experience memorable for everyone.

This setup made it easy for organizers to provide a personalized gift while maintaining a cohesive, recognizable brand.

Add-On To Event Coverage

$150 per person. Captured during scheduled event coverage time. Includes several poses and one retouched image.

Standalone Headshot Sessions

$250 for one person. Up to 30 minutes. Includes several poses and one retouched image.

  • Additional participants: $150 per person
  • Discounts available for 10+ participants
  • Additional retouched images: $75 each

Frequently Asked Questions

Depending on schedule and the number of participants, each session is approximately 5-10 minutes, including poses and instant wireless iPad preview for approval.

Standard grey, white, and black 5×7′ backdrops are included. Custom backdrops may have an extra charge.

Retouching includes blemish removal, skin tone balancing, flyaway hair cleanup, and light clothing adjustments to ensure a professional look that still feels natural.

A separate room out of public areas is ideal, to provide enough space for lighting setup and comfortable movement.

Choose clothing that reflects your professional style and makes you feel comfortable and confident.

Absolutely. As long as time allows, participants are welcome to try a few different expressions or poses. My setup is designed for quick adjustments so everyone gets a result they’re happy with.

Each participant receives one fully retouched final photo, chosen from their previews. Additional photos can be retouched for a small fee.

Yes, you’ll receive all the photos and variations from your session. The selected photo includes full retouching, and additional edits can be requested for a small fee.
